18 Cancelling a Deposit If you do not want to complete a deposit, you can click the Cancel Deposit button on the Deposit screen to delete the deposit. This will cancel the deposit and no items will be deposited. NOTE: There is no way to cancel a deposit once it has been submitted for transmission. Resuming a Suspended Deposit A suspended deposit is one that has been created but not successfully transmitted to First Republic Bank. There are three situations in which a deposit could become suspended: 1. The connectivity to the server was lost. 2. Business Remote Deposit received an error that caused it to close without completing the deposit. 3. The browser was closed before completing a deposit transmission. In all of these instances, the deposit is automatically suspended and saved and will be available when you log back into Business Remote Deposit. NOTE: You must either successfully submit the suspended deposit for processing or cancel it before you can start a new deposit. To resume a suspended deposit: 1. Login to Business Remote Deposit. 2. Locate the suspended deposit on the Deposit screen. 3. Continue processing as usual, either adding more items to the deposit or finishing the deposit by clicking the Complete Deposit button. Please note that suspended deposits will only remain on your profile for 10 days and then they will be permanently deleted. Reporting Business Remote Deposit provides the ability to build custom, downloadable reports to either a CSV or PDF file format. Depending on your user entitlements, examples of standard reports include: • Deposit by Customer • Customer Deposit Status
