16 If all scanned items are correct and you need to adjust the control balance, click on the Control Balance icon in the upper left corner of the screen. 1. Click the Change Control Balance icon 2. In the Edit Control Balance window, enter the new amount and click the Submit button The new amount will appear in the Control Balance field on the Deposit Dashboard. Once the "Difference" field is zero ($0.00), you can complete the deposit. Completing Deposits Before completing the deposit, be sure to check the following: 1. Ensure the status for all of the items in the deposit is OK. 2. Deposits must balance before you can submit them. If the deposit does not balance, you can change the individual item amount or the control balance amount until it balances. 3. If you have exceeded the deposit activity limit (either in amount or number of items), an Exceeded Limit error message will appear. If this occurs, you have the option to: Remove items and resubmit your deposit. Suspend the deposit and submit it later. Cancel the deposit.
