5 Logging In/Out Profile Setup (Logging In for the First Time) The first time you log in to Business Remote Deposit, you will be prompted to setup your online profile and install the scanner driver. Business Remote Deposit uses a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to verify your identity when you login, so for the first login you will need to complete the MFA profile. Once your MFA profile is complete, you will not need to repeat the setup process for future logins. Multi-Factor Authentication Enrollment 1. Open the browser on your computer and go to: https://firstrepublic.bankserv.com/webclient 2. On the Login screen, enter the user name provided by First Republic, and click the Submit button. NOTE: User names are case sensitive. 3. Once the User Name has been verified, enter the temporary Password provided by First Republic, and click the Submit button. NOTE: Passwords are case sensitive.
