27 Issue / Error Description Resolution The scanner was unable to read the image. Rescan the item. If the problem persists, contact client support at 1-800-221-9777, option 1 The scanner was unable to save the image. The scanner was unable to save complete information for the item. The scanner was unable to process the image. An item appears to be stuck in the scanner. Remove any stuck items and then try to reprocess the items. You may need to clean the document track of the scanner. Troubleshooting: Item Processing Issues Issue / Error Description Resolution There is a problem during scanning, and you need to stop the scanning process. Remove the remaining items from the input slot of the scanner. The scanner will finish scanning the current item, then stop. The application tells me my scanner is not on or plugged in, but it is. The scanner driver is not installed or an incorrect scanner is installed. Start by logging off of Business Remote Deposit and close Internet Explorer. Next, open the Windows Control Panels > Add or Remove Programs. Remove NetCaptureScannerDrivers- Install. Follow the onscreen direction to uninstall the drivers. From the installation directory, delete the NetDeposit folder. NOTE: If you feel uncomfortable deleting this folder or you cannot find the folder, contact your IT personnel. Login to Business Remote Deposit, click on the User Preferences tab, and re- install the scanner driver.
