34 Troubleshooting: General Issues Issue / Error Description Resolution Business Remote Deposit logs you out automatically, with the following message: Your session has timed out. The application will close. Business Remote Deposit will automatically time out after 30 minutes of inactivity. A good security practice is to logout of Business Remote Deposit (by clicking on the Logout button in the upper right corner) if you need to leave your workstation or your computer will be unmonitored for a period of time. You must log in again before you can continue working in the application. To avoid being logged out automatically, continue to use the system without significant lapses in activity. An unexpected error has occurred. Try exiting and restarting Business Remote Deposit. If the problem persists, contact client support at 1-800-221-9777, option 1 Business Remote Deposit appears to freeze. If Business Remote Deposit appears to freeze or hang, the server may have temporarily stopped responding. Contact client support at 1-800-221-9777, option 1 and notify them of the problem. You receive deposit rejection or adjustment notifications by email. These adjustment notifications are sent when changes are made to deposits or items. The person to whom these notifications are sent is configured in System Manager. If you are receiving these notifications in error, contact client support at 1-800-221-9777, option 1 to have the messages redirected.
