For just $19.95 you get a phone number and one line. That’s great...nogiganticsavingshere. Butincluded you also get an automated attendant and what amounts to a PBX in the cloud. You can include up to 20 real extensions and 15 virtual extensions. What is an extension? That is another phone someone can talk on and it provides the listener with one caller ID. And, you can actually have up to three physical locations where the phones can ring either simultaneously or sequentially.
