The staff? The most lovely, warm, welcoming staff ever. The place totally lived up to its amazing Tripadvisor reviews (it has a 99% rating and was awarded a certificate of excellence in 2013). From the moment I arrived and was greeted with drinks and nibbles, I absolutely knew I was in for a treat. A member of staff sat me down and talked me through a map of places I should see/eat at - it was a helpful way for me to get my bearings and to know what I needed to check out during the short amount of time I was in Naples.
