The Alports are perfect hosts and it was invaluable to tap into their extensive knowledge of the immediate and surrounding areas. I was amazed that the mountains, the Canal du Midi and cultural sights were all within such easy reach. La Souqueto has every comfort possible and is designed and furnished superbly. The breakfasts, using local produce, were excellent and varied and it was a treat each morning to taste the many homemade delights!
