Solo Traveler Accommodation Guide

It’s a first! I’m inspired. This is our first Solo Traveler Accommodation Guide and as I’ve prepared it, as I’ve read through your recommendations, my list of places to go and stay in this world has grown. There are almost 200 hotels, hostels, B&Bs and resorts listed in this guide and all have been recommended personally by Solo Traveler readers, blogger friends and our sponsors. From low budget to expensive, from rustic to luxurious, you’ll find suggestions for all styles of travel and all financial situations. But don’t let price control you. Saving by staying in some cool hostels for a few nights could allow you to splurge at a resort on others. My thanks to all contributors. I want to extend my gratitude to all of you who contributed to this guide. I know it took time to hunt down addresses and to compose your thoughts on why the place you were suggesting is special. You did this for the benefit of all. I hope you benefit from the guide as well. And special thanks to all sponsors. Publishing Solo Traveler and running special projects like this guide take time and resources. Your support has made the guide possible for all. Finally, I want to extend my thanks to Simon Constam, Ana Botelho and Tracey Nesbitt. Their work on the guide is greatly appreciated. And to all who use this Accommodation Guide, I wish you safe and happy travels. Warmly, Janice Blog: Solo Traveler Facebook: The Solo Travel Society Twitter: Solotraveler Disclaimer This Accommodation Guide has been crowdsourced. The information in each recommended listing is as provided by those who submitted it and should be verified by any person using the recommendation. The information provided in this book is not meant to serve as a complete checklist. When traveling, each reader should complete updated, detailed research from legitimate sources to learn the cultural norms and safety recommendations for their specific destination. No one can guarantee safety, and travel can expose everyone to potential risks. Because safety is impacted by each person’s actions and choices, each reader is advised to always do their homework on their destination and use their best judgment while on their journey.
