It’s hard to capture how truly wonderful this place is. From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated like an old friend. A tea tray in front of the peat-burning fireplace, a little chat with Noel about my holiday...lovely. My room was absolutely stunning. I tried to pick my jaw up off the floor as I was ushered into my separate sitting room and then into the bedroom. The sitting room had a full-size couch with designer chair and ottoman, and a stained-glass window. The breakfast was so different from other breakfasts I’ve had around Europe.
