April 30, 2015 Dear Friends, On behalf of the City of Los Angeles, welcome to the South East European Film Festival on its 10th Anniversary showcase of the cinematic achievements of South East Europe. The rich cultural diversity of Los Angeles is strengthened by films that create an in- depth portrait of South East Europe for American audiences, and take us on a journey across borders and cultures. Los Angeles is home to communities of people from all over the world, including those uniquely represented by SEEfest. As the center of the film industry, we welcome the important contribution of SEEfest in facilitating creative dialogue between filmmakers from South East Europe, expatriates, and other professionals throughout Southern California.
