Identifying and building networked relationships to leverage transaction outcomes. In- structing students how to identify their own motives and the motive of each participant in the transaction. How these motives drive outcomes and why credit is not a score. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FINDING THE DEAL OF THE DECADE EVERY WEEK LEARNING OUTCOMES Students will learn how to locate real estate deals before they are marketed. Students will understand the value of finding deals through probate and eviction. Students will walk through current cases and will discuss the various details of both. Understand the needs of the market and learn how to approach and address the target in the most effective manner. Review and discuss the strategies and the success rates in the various markets.
