EY COSTA RICA | BTH Insider 4th Edition 3 Change management for the implementation of the “Unique Digital Archive” for CCSS General Information: The project consists on growing and strengthening the change process in order to start the EDUS project. This will be done via trainings to key players on the various health areas, which will become vital contacts in order to complete the process. We will be realizing workshops in order to tackle various topics related to change management. Also we will be organizing 3 groups that will receive these trainings each. Finally we will be having focus groups for specific areas in the CCSS based on their necessities. Planned Activities for the month During December we will be completing the first phase of the workshops and we’ll be starting the second phase. ACHIEVEMENTS AND ACTIVITIES COMPLETED FOR THE MONTH On the week of November 26th we initiated with the trainings of the first group of key players from the CCSS.
