EY COSTA RICA 5th EDITION Contributors Emilio San Gil, Emilio.sangil@cr.ey.com Danelia Muñoz, Danelia.munoz@cr.ey.com Clara Montero, Clara.Montero@cr.ey.com Arturo Murillo, Arturo.Murillo@cr.ey.com MONTHLY JOURNAL OF BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION HUB JANUARY 2014 LEAN IN to 2014 Every New Year comes with new resolutions, fresh starts, and a reason to reflect on the prior year and make positive changes for the year to come. So with 2014, my own personal challenge is to LEAN IN – with work, my family and my own self. It may not be all at the same time, but to lean in at the right times when it counts so that at the end of the day or year to come I feel accomplished and more importantly, happy. For work, leaning in for me means encouraging myself to pursue my ambitions, doing something out of my comfort zone and changing the conversation from what I can’t do to what I can do. It means thinking, acting and moving differently. As you start to think about your own resolutions, I encourage you to challenge yourself how you can personally LEAN IN and perhaps change the way you work, build relationships or even pushing yourself to try something new; all the while recognizing that it’s a team mission not a solo one so that may be that you need to reach out to your mentor or find a mentor to help you along the way Sincerely, Kristi Eckert FEATURES & BUSINESS Editorial Words by Kristi Eckert Page 1 BTH Projects Page 2-4 FYI – ENTERTAIMENT – TIP OF THE MONNTH EY Costa Rica End of Year Celebration Page 6 Expo-TELECOM 2013 Page 8 Know Of EY’s 2013 New Acquisitions Page 11 EDITORIAL By Kristi Eckert ADVISORY SERVICES – PI SENIOR MANAGER Daniel Viquez, Daniel.Viquez@cr.ey.com Contributing Writer Kristi Eckert, Mariela.garcia@cr.ey.com
