SUSTAINABILITY CREATES ITS OWN REWARDS The most convincing confi rmation of our sustainability efforts comes from meeting people who have used a Rapid product for many years – because a tool that lasts longer is the best tool for the environment. But our sustainability efforts go much further than that. Because Rapid is part of the Acco brand’s EMEA, we share common sustainability targets. Two of our main targets are zero direct CO2 emissions in terms of electricity consumed in the group’s manufacturing and distribution facilities and a 15% reduction in electricity consumption. Our Swedish factory only uses electricity from renewable sources and during 2024, managed to reduce electricity consumption by 30 percent. It's also our pleasure to report that in april 2026, the Acco brand’s EMEA was awarded the silver medal by EcoVadis – independent, international analysts who evaluate the sustainability rating of companies based on their performance within environmental impact, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement. The silver medal means that Acco brand’s EMEA is in the top 15% of all companies rated globally (in total, over 150 000 companies were rated). Rapid is also a member of the “Make It Zero” organisation. This is an industry-wide collaboration between suppliers and retailers designed to scale up initiatives that lead to a reduction in indirect emissions (Scope 3). The Silver rating places ACCO Brands EMEA in the top 15% of companies globally, with an “Advanced” score in all four rated areas: Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement. Make It Zero is an initiative in the DIY sector, developed by EDRA/GHIN (European DIY Retailers Association and Global Home Improvement Network). The initiative brings together retailers and suppliers from across the world to collaborate and scale up their efforts to reduce Scope 3 emissions. 66 7 7

Another equally crucial element is being able to supply the right type of staples or nails for the job. At Rapid we are experts at both, and we also understand the importance of staple or nail quality. Our product range is the widest on the market and in order to achieve the best possible end results, we always recommend using Rapid original staples and nails. Using the wrong sized staple or inferior quality staples can cause the tool to jam and malfunction. 36 37
